As a Business Development Partner at The MASGARTI Business, you’ll play a strategic role in driving market expansion, building B2B relationships, and creating new revenue streams in your region. You’ll act as the growth arm of MASGARTI, connecting technology solutions, clients, and opportunities across industries like cloud, AI, and digital transformation.

About the Role

As a Business Development Partner at The MASGARTI Business, you'll play a strategic role in driving market expansion, building B2B relationships, and creating new revenue streams in your region. You'll act as the growth arm of MASGARTI, connecting technology solutions, clients, and opportunities across industries like cloud, AI, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new clients, partners, and channel distributors within your region
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, trade organizations, and government bodies
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to introduce MASGARTI's digital transformation, cloud, and blockchain solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to design region-specific campaigns
  • Represent MASGARTI at networking events, business summits, and trade expos
  • Track regional business trends, competitor insights, and emerging opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to convert leads into long-term partnerships
  • Prepare monthly reports on business development progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Proven track record of building networks in tech, SaaS, or consulting sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English; local language proficiency (Polish, Mandarin, Arabic, or French) is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology and innovation

About the Role

The Regional Partner serves as MASGARTI's regional business leader driving overall operations, partnership growth, and brand positioning in their territory. This is a leadership-level position for experienced professionals who can manage teams, develop markets, and scale the MASGARTI ecosystem locally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead MASGARTI's business expansion and operational setup in your assigned region
  • Build strategic partnerships with enterprises, technology firms, and public sector entities
  • Oversee regional P&L, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Recruit and manage local Business Development Partners and support teams
  • Collaborate with the global leadership team to align business goals and strategies
  • Establish MASGARTI's brand presence through regional events, conferences, and media
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and business standards
  • Drive innovation by identifying new verticals and partnership models

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or Technology
  • 8–15 years of experience in leadership roles within business development, consulting, or IT
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and corporate ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams, partnerships, and operations
  • Exceptional negotiation and strategic planning skills
  • Multi-lingual capability and cross-cultural business understanding
